Serving Soy Milk

I noticed a few coffee shops that are starting out tend to neglect this aspect of creating their coffee business. That is, using soy milk for customers who do not wish to have dairy products in their coffee. This is very important for several reasons.
The first reason it is important is because it will allow you to satisfy a group of people that tend to drink a lot of coffee. You will probably get more sales this way, and if a group of people are going to go get coffee and you do not have soy milk they will probably decide to go elsewhere instead of your shop.
The second reason is because the type of people are typically very outspoken to all their friends about places they go. This means they will tell a lot of friends about a bad experience such as a coffee shop that does not offer soy milk to its customers.
The third reason is just to be nice. A coffee shop is supposed to have a friendly environment, and what a better way to put this forward than say you care about the needs of other people (and animals.)
